Btinkeeng has the mission of supporting organizations and businesses in their digital transformation processes, from both technological standpoint and organizational, social perspectives.

Digital technology is (both) a tactical and strategic tool, capable of improving organizations from multiple angles: productivity, performance, innovation, and profitability.

Btinkeeng places itself as a highly qualified company, help every clients to adopt and leverage digital tools in order to achieve these goals.
Btinkeeng has several aims:
– becoming a hub for integrating technical, socio-organizational, and strategic expertise in order to deliver effective technological change projects.
– serving as a space for studying, learning, and innovating with new technologies and organizational models \u2014 two aspects often need to evolve together.
– becoming a center for aggregating top-tier expertise and knowledge, as a boutique consultancy capable of delivering only high-impact projects (real impact \u2014 not just slides).
– creating an organizational well-being, where people can express themselves, nurture their passions, learn, and experiment with innovative organizational models (lean, horizontal, community-based), respecting Btinkeeng\u2019s evolving needs and long-term sustainability.

Today, Btinkeeng has established the structural conditions needed to tackle these challenges and pursue its objectives with even greater effectiveness and determination.

In the next few years, Btinkeeng will solidify its position as a center for research, innovation, and experimentation in digital technologies, pushing boundaries into the realms of artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation. The social and organizational impact of these technologies will always be at the heart of our approach, as well as new learning methods.

Btinkeeng is a flexible organization: it will have the mindset of research centers, the execution capabilities of true consulting firms, and the heart of space companies and astronauts.

ISO 45001 : 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ISO 45001:2018 standard is the best tool available to companies to manage health and safety threats to workers. Its implementation improves the image of the organization among both workers, customers and employees and contributes to its success. The adoption of a Worker Safety and Health standard, certified by an independent body, is recognized by customers, Government Authorities and Technical, Financial and Insurance Institutes (source: EuCI – European Certification Institute). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

ISO 14001 : 2015<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is recognized that managing environmental issues properly results in lower costs and production processes.
