Btinkeeng has several aims:

– creating an organizational well-being, where people can express themselves, nurture their passions, learn, and experiment with innovative organizational models (lean, horizontal, community-based), respecting Btinkeeng’s evolving needs and long-term sustainability.
Today, Btinkeeng has established the structural conditions needed to tackle these challenges and pursue its objectives with even greater effectiveness and determination.
In the next few years, Btinkeeng will solidify its position as a center for research, innovation, and experimentation in digital technologies, pushing boundaries into the realms of artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation. The social and organizational impact of these technologies will always be at the heart of our approach, as well as new learning methods.
Btinkeeng is a flexible organization: it will have the mindset of research centers, the execution capabilities of true consulting firms, and the heart of space companies and astronauts.
