Among the personal data processed by the Company for the above-mentioned purpose are your first name, last name, and email address. In case the communications lead to further steps, the processed data will also include your phone number, address, certified email (PEC), and other contact details.
4. Methods of processing and protection of personal data
Your personal data will be processed through one or more of the operations indicated in Article 4, No. 2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. (EU) 2016/679), using paper-based and electronic tools, with or without the aid of automated processes. Their security will be ensured through the application of appropriate technical and organizational measures fit for purpose.
5. Categories of recipients of personal data
For the purposes outlined in point 2, your personal data may be communicated to subjects authorized to process such personal data on behalf of the data controller, such as employees or collaborators of any kind, who have received appropriate instructions regarding data security and proper management of personal data.
Additional recipients may include third parties designated as Data Processors by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, who operate for the purposes specified in point 3.
6. Transfer of personal data abroad
The management and storage of personal data occur in the cloud and on portions of servers located within the EU, in the possession of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies with adequate technical and organizational security measures.
Data retention period
The Company will retain your data only for the minimum time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for any other legitimate connected purpose. Data no longer necessary or for which there is no legal basis for retention will be irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed. In any case, the data will not be retained for more than 24 months.
After the aforementioned period, your personal data will be deleted unless these data need to be further processed to allow the Company to exercise or defend a right in judicial proceedings, or to comply with specific requests from Italian and/or foreign authorities, provided that such circumstances arise before the expiration of the retention period.
In the case of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, these will be immediately and irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.
