MOG and Ethical Code

The so called 231 model (D.lgs. n. 231/2001), adopted by Btinkeeng, is a set of principles, procedures, and provisions that regulate our internal functioning and the ways in which we relate to the outside. The objective of the model is to prevent crimes committed by legal person.

Whistleblowing

With Legislative Decree N. 24 10th 2023, the Italian legal system has implemented Directive (EU) 2019/1937 concerning the protection of persons who report violations of the European Union law (Whistleblowing Directive).
