MOG and Ethical Code
The so called 231 model (D.lgs. n. 231/2001), adopted by Btinkeeng, is a set of principles, procedures, and provisions that regulate our internal functioning and the ways in which we relate to the outside. The objective of the model is to prevent crimes committed by legal person.
The MOG (organizational and management model) has been prepared as a dynamic system, designed to be updated and integrated whenever necessary. The principles and requirements of MOG 231 are respected and shared by all staff and all external parties involved.
Btinkeeng has entrusted the task of overseeing the functioning and compliance of MOG 231, as well as ensuring its updates, to a body with autonomous powers of initiative and control: the Supervisory Body (OdV).
The Model consists of a General Part, a Special Part, and an Ethical Code.
The General Part model and Ethical Code are attached.
