Participation in ReadyForIT – Labour Pathways for Refugees, promoted by UNHCR and aimed at creating employment pathways for refugees in the AI sector, demonstrates Btinkeeng’s choice to combine technological leadership with social responsibility, creating real opportunities for those who have faced challenges related to migration.
In a context where the demand for AI skills continues to grow, the company has been able to seize the opportunity to integrate refugees into the workforce, contributing both to economic growth and social well-being. This vision undoubtedly represents an important step toward a future where technological innovation goes hand in hand with humanity and solidarity.
Thanks to this initiative, Btinkeeng is integrating two refugees from Ghana, coming from Sudan and South Sudan, into its workforce, offering them a job opportunity in the AI sector.
This project reflects the company’s commitment to promoting workforce inclusion and creating an open, multicultural work environment. The two refugees successfully passed a rigorous selection process, demonstrating they possess the same skills as other candidates. They have completed an intensive training program that includes not only advanced programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, but also Italian lessons to facilitate their full integration into the Italian work environment. It’s a bidirectional process, as it is also necessary to prepare the company’s workforce to welcome these future colleagues. To this end, Btinkeeng is launching an English language training program and organizing meetings with cultural integration experts.
The company has also introduced a program called “Seed of Btinkeeng,” an initiative designed to enrich the company culture through monthly meetings and talks with inspiring professionals from diverse fields. In an industry where remote work is common, creating shared spaces to foster creativity and lateral thinking is an important lever for promoting innovation and professional growth.
These initiatives are part of a broader framework of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), where Btinkeeng aims to combine technological progress with a positive social impact. The attainment of the Gender Equality Certification further demonstrates the company’s commitment to enhancing human capital, with a particular focus on the STEM sector.

Since Btinkeeng’s main activity is supporting organizations and businesses in Digital Transformation, it is the first to implement Artificial Intelligence solutions internally. The HR Analytics Platform developed and used within the company is a significant example of how AI can revolutionize human resource management while maintaining a human-driven approach. The platform provides an integrated view of team performance, facilitating strategic decisions through the analysis of economic and production data. The adoption of this tool has led to improved effectiveness in managing the company’s workforce.
The use of Augmented Reality devices has also accelerated training, particularly in operational procedures, optimizing communication both externally and internally. The implementation of this technology, combined with the processing of large amounts of data and images, has significantly reduced errors, increased safety, and simplified daily tasks, leading to an overall improvement in operations.
